I can’t believe how many notes this has!!!!!!!!!

Back from the gym :)!

Luckily, there was 4 people having an induction, so the guy said to save time we wouldn’t have to test out the machines WOO!
Did about 40 mins workout!


Did 20 mins on the bike, 17 mins on eliptical and 5 mins on the rowing machine!

I also weighed myself and I weigh 8 stone 12lbs. :| I’ve gained SO MUCH WEIGHT!!! Urgh. Well i’m gonna burn it all so it’ll be okay :) 

I also got my soy protein :D! An it tastes gooood! They only had 1 chocolate :c! So I had to get strawberry as well, it tastes nice though so that’s okay :) 

OHHH also :) all the machines (except weights and rowing machines) have TVs on them. I was amazed because I find watching TV really helpful when i’m exercising cause then I forget about the pain in my legs a bit more :p
